• 2-3 years of experience, preferably life/annuity
• exposure to actuarial modeling software (AXIS, MG-ALFA, Prophet, TAS, or PTS)
• pricing experience, or demonstrated ability to think creatively
• 2+ exams, and strong desire to study for and pass exams
• positive attitude
• ties to the KC area
