John has over 25 years experience in life and annuity product development and serves as the Appointed Actuary and Illustration Actuary for several clients. He is well-versed in financial reporting, cash flow testing, corporate modeling and re-insurance. John has been president of the Kansas City Actuaries Club, and is a past president of the National Fraternal Congress-Actuaries Section. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Actuaries Valuation Law Manual Team that is developing the manual that valuation actuaries will use to implement the new principles based approach to the calculation of reserves.

Blobaum, FSA, MAAA Gene has served as chief actuary for Reserve National Insurance Company and Pyramid Life Insurance Company and as chief health actuary for Aid Association for Lutherans. Now as a consultant with over 35 years of health insurance experience, Gene's expertise in product development experience monitoring, regulatory filings and financial reporting is widely sought. He is active in several professional and industry associations and has served as president of the National Fraternal Congress-Actuaries Section.

Vince's 20 years actuarial experience includes a wide variety of individual, worksite, group and supplemental health products, expertise in rate filing approvals, a wide range of reinsurance, financial reporting, life and annuities product development, due diligence, audits and state examinations, and expert testimony. Vince formerly served as the chief actuary of Manhattan Insurance Group in Houston, Texas, where he participated in thirty acquisitions and system conversions.

Lori is an experienced consulting actuary of almost 10 years now. Prior to joining Miller & Newberg, Lori was Marketing Actuarial Vice-President of General Reinsurance where she was responsible for developing various life product for the reinsurance client base. She is an expert in product development, valuation and cash flow testing work, financial projections and providing reinsurance solutions for clients. She has served as president of the Kansas City Actuaries Club and on the Smaller Insurance Company Council of the Society of Actuaries. Lori is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and serves on the board of a national not-for-profit organization.

Tim specializes in the technical aspects of pricing and product development, while looking for non-traditional opportunities. He also is involved in corporate modeling, cash flow testing and valuation actuary functions for several clients. He is currently the president for the Kansas City Actuaries Club. Tim received a BSE in Chemistry, Math and Physics and an MS in Biochemistry from Kansas State University.

Weninger, FSA, MAAA Donna has almost 15 years of life consulting experience, including work for numerous state insurance departments and insurance companies on examinations, financial reporting, and merger & acquisitions. Prior to joining MNI, Donna was a senior manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms and a partner at a regional actuarial consulting firm. Her career has also included extensive exposure to litigation support, class action settlements, and life settlement companies. As most of the work in these two areas involves non-actuaries, she has become expert at explaining complex actuarial issues to a non-actuarial audience. Donna is an extremely active volunteer for many of the Society of Actuaries' committees.
